Led by Kyle Grabbe, a carpenter and builder with more than two decades of experience, Gold Leaf Constructions has grown from a small local builder into a leader in bespoke residential projects. Over the years, we’ve delivered high-end custom homes, renovations, and boutique developments that stand as a testament to our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.

November 2025 marked our 15th year in business. What continues to drive Gold Leaf today is Kyle’s passion for construction and his fascination with how great buildings come together. From a young age, he was known for pulling toys apart to understand how they were made, a curiosity that naturally evolved into a career in building. Even today, Kyle rarely looks at a home simply for what it is; he instinctively visualises how it has been designed, engineered, and constructed.

This passion is especially evident in Gold Leaf’s love for architecturally designed homes. Kyle is drawn to projects that challenge conventional construction methods, where design, craftsmanship, and technical expertise come together to create something truly unique. He believes architecture is a form of art that should evoke emotion, inspire curiosity, and leave a lasting impression.
