An epic project between Gold Leaf Constructions + OGE Group Architects.
This gorgeous beachside abode boasts six bedrooms, multiple living area and entertaining areas and only a street away from the beach. A colour pallet full of fun perfectly balanced on a backdrop of white. We had so much fun bringing this vision to life.

What is your favourite room in this house, and why does it stand out to you?
The Entry, those pink curves are so sexy and I loved the challenge of building them. This space is such a teaser for the entire house and the fun that the Architects incorporated into their own home.
Which design feature in this project would you love to incorporate into your own home?
The colour! It was so nice to see some colours that spark emotion and brought some character to the typical Queensland costal beach house.
What was the most rewarding part of working on this particular build?
I'd only been working for Goldleaf for a couple of months and this was the first project where I was the site lead. It was nice to be given the reins and it gave me the opportunity to further my skills as a carpenter.
Which FF&E item do you like the most?
You can't go past the pink couch, it has my heart.
Which detail or element do you think will surprise or delight the homeowners the most?
The laundry, you can't help but be excited to do the washing with a space that beautiful.
