The Maher Terrace project blends luxurious modern design with a relaxed beachside vibe, located in Sunshine Beach. The home underwent a major renovation with a focus on creating a spacious, light-filled environment with seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. The interior design, styled by Kate Cooper Interiors, uses soft, coastal tones and natural materials to evoke a calm, inviting feel. Attention to detail is evident in the high-end finishes by our superstar trades, which enhances the property’s aesthetic. The home perfectly marries contemporary elegance with laid-back coastal living.
