Situated just steps from the pristine shores of Shelly Beach, the Albert Street Residence stands as a testament to innovative coastal architecture. Designed in collaboration with Reitsma & Associates, this bespoke home features a harmonious blend of hardwood timber, custom folded metal cladding, and contemporary honed breeze blocks—creating a striking façade that balances privacy with openness. Sleek white metal balustrades wrap the exterior, guiding the eye toward expansive balcony spaces that frame panoramic ocean vistas.

Inside, the palette is grounded in natural materials and soft, earthy hues—terrazzo tiles, microcement finishes, and warm timber accents—evoking a tranquil, beachside ambiance. The home celebrates seamless indoor-outdoor living, with louvered windows and full-height glazing ushering in the coastal breeze and an abundance of natural light. Every element reflects Gold Leaf Constructions' dedication to craftsmanship and refined coastal living.
